The Ms.BodyAid Training Course blends the precision of Brazilian lymphatic drainage, the sculpting intensity of Colombian techniques, and the holistic approach shaped by my background as a Certified Medical Assistant, Esthetician, and Licensed Massage Therapist. This method delivers transformative results that sculpt, detoxify, and restore the body from the inside out.

My passion for healing and bodywork began over a decade ago, and since then I’ve dedicated my career to mastering every layer of beauty, wellness, and recovery.
I graduated from the National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy, completing a 900-hour certification programwhere I built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and advanced therapeutic massage. I then continued my education at the Academy for Salon Professionals, earning a 400-hour Esthetician certification, and later attended ICDC College, completing an 800-hour Medical Assistant program.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with respected wellness brands including Burke Williams Spa, Massage Envy, Massage Heights, and Elements Massage, as well as the on-demand wellness platform Soothe. These experiences allowed me to refine my craft, working with a diverse range of clients — from everyday professionals to post-surgical patients, athletes, and high-profile celebrities.
Now, as the founder of Ms.Bodyaid, I’ve merged my expertise across the medical, spa, and beauty industries to create a distinctive approach that focuses on results, recovery, and rejuvenation. My work is recognized by word of mouth because it’s built on authenticity, care, and real transformation — the kind of results that speak for themselves.
